Privacy Policy

Stampwell Mobile Notary collects only the information needed to arrange and perform your signing: your name, contact details, appointment location, and the documents you ask us to notarize. Contact-form and newsletter submissions are stored securely and never sold.

Notarial records. State law requires us to keep a journal of every notarial act, including signer names, ID details, and document types. These records are kept under lock, retained for the period your state mandates, and disclosed only when the law requires it.

How we use your data. We use your details to confirm appointments, issue quotes and receipts, send requested newsletters, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We share information only with the agencies involved in your transaction (for example, the Secretary of State for an apostille) and never with marketers.

Your choices. You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by writing to hello@stampwellnotary.com. Journal entries required by law cannot be deleted before their retention period ends.

Security. Documents travel in sealed containers, digital copies move over encrypted channels, and access is limited to the notaries handling your matter.
